2. Returns and Exchanges:
•  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be brand-new, unworn, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange:
• Contact us via Messenger to start the return or exchange process.
• Provide your order number, contact info, and a reason for return or exchange.

4. Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 days to your original payment method or GCash (if COD).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges:
• For exchanges (size, color, style), indicate your preference when starting the return process.
• We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

6. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error or a defective item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
• Contact us right away if you receive a damaged or defective item.
We’ll cover return shipping and provide instructions.

8. Cancellation Policy:
• Strictly no cancellations for confirmed orders. A ₱700 fee applies for cancellations.
